CHUCKY s3e8: FINAL DESTINATION Gosh. NO. Just, no. First, this episode had so muh going for it. First, the good: defying all expectations, the President’s son lives. I thought for sure, the cute guy in the cast would die just like Junior in season one. Second, the fire effects and all the effects really were so very good. It’s exciting to have all the characters in a house that ready to be blown sky high and this is the White House. Okay, it’s also interesting to see Chucky possess Jake and when Jake, as Chucky, says, “Jake’s ripped!” it’s funny especially as the actor, Zach, kisses his own bicep. Between seasons one and two, Zach worked out. A lot. He IS ripped. The whole speech Chucky makes at the door of Wendell, the creator of Good Boy Dolls, is funny. And…that’s about it. Visually, the show looks great but so does every show these days. Thematically…nothing is there. I SO wish they would kill off Tiffany, Nica, and Jen Tilly for good and never
